Confirm details before renting
When booking a property we would recommend the terms of the proposed rental, including any booking conditions, are confirmed by e-mail or in writing with the property owner.

It is recommended that holiday and/or travel insurance should taken out when you make your booking.

During your Stay
We would suggest that you have a local contact telephone number should any problems arise like a fault with the air conditioning, a problem with a washing machine etc. Call this contact and give them the opportunity to put things right.
