All our condos have full, unobstructed views of the ocean, the beach and the famous Maui sunsets. All are one-bedroom, non-smoking condos with full kitchen.

The living room has a wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling glass wall, bringing the ocean into full view and full earshot from the living room. The living room glass wall opens to a private Lanai where you can dine or breakfast a stone’s throw away from the ocean waves.

Rates are between $150 – 225, depending upon the time of year and length of stay (rate is for 2 people; additional people are $10 per day per person). Condo #420 is located on the fourth floor with a bird’s-eye, panoramic view of Maalaea bay. This romantic view is perfect for the honeymoon couple. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and a queen-size sofa bed is located in the living room. Other amenities include: central air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, microwave and dishwasher, washer/dryer, linens including beach towels, cable TV and DVD player, phone/answering machine with free local calling and complementary high speed internet acess (wireless and ethernet) for guests. There is a maximum limit of four persons.
